Ever since I was a kid, I have dreamed of seeing myself as a very successful person, with so my great opportunities ahead and waiting for me in the future. But one question really boggled my mind – â€Å"How would I be able to do such thing someday? †. Well, that started my mind to think on what I would want to be in the future. My first dream was to be an astronaut someday. Why? Simply because I want to fly. Funny, isn’t it? Because in real life, astronauts do not fly, they just float for there is no gravity outside the Earth. Well, you cannot blame me, ‘cause I was just around 4 yrs. Old when I thought of becoming that one. After few years, say three years, I had another different dream. I want to be accountant because I love Mathematics. But I heard some discouraging opinions and feedbacks about the demand status of accountants in my generation, so it changed my mind. I often wrote different news and stories whenever I had leisure hours. In relation to that, I also love to be a famous film director someday. But my parents didn’t want me to pursue that dream anymore simply because they more in demand jobs/courses for me. That made me think and dream of another path that I would want to take, which is not related to my previous dreams – to become an engineer. Aside from love of Mathematics, I came up with engineering because there are only few women who are brave enough to venture in this masculine course, and I want to be one of them. I chose BS Computer engineering as my field and as of now, I am enjoying every little thing that I am learning upon studying this course. Though at first, my parents are against it, I told them this is really what I want and promised them that I would do my best to be succeed in this field, my chosen field, of course with determination, and with the aid of Almighty God.
